When you become a member of EHM; you may call us 24 hours a day 7 days a week! We will take care of the emergency and make sure you are safe. We do an in-depth check on all vendors that we use and recommend. You can rest assured that if EHM sends vendors to your home, they are reputable and have been thoroughly screened. No more going through the phone book and hoping you find someone who does good work and is properly insured in all areas. We require a one million dollar liability policy for every vendor we use, and we make sure they carry full workman’s compensation on all of their employees.

This is to protect you and to eliminate contractors who are not honest. We keep copies of all of our vendor’s insurances on record at our office. Also, if you are not happy with the service you receive from our vendors, we will be your voice. You are encouraged to notify us if you feel that the job was not completed to high standards, and we will handle the problem for you. We will dispute it with the vendor and make sure that the issue is corrected in a prompt and professional manner.

Do you know whom to call and if they are qualified for the job? As a member of EHM all you have to do is call us, and we will line up the right vendor for the job. We work with local independent contractors in every home renovation and repair field. We do the screening of the vendor and make sure they are fully insured, licensed in their field, and have a great work history. We will arrange for them to take a look at your job and provide a full bid for the work. Keep in mind that we work for you, the member, so if we feel the price is too high, we will let you know and will arrange to have another contractor provide an estimate for you. When you become a member of EHM, you are getting your own experienced property manager to manage your home. This could save you thousands!

Becoming a member and receiving a professional property manager for only $399 per year is an excellent value. No other real estate company manages personal homes like we do. There are, however, many companies who manage rental properties. For example, most real estate companies charge 10% of the monthly rent to manage a property. If your home rents for $500 a month, the management fee is $50 per month. That totals $600 in one year in order to have someone take care of your house. What if your home rented for over $1,000 per month? That’s $1,200.00 in management fees each year. We charge a flat $399 per year!

If you are planning a remodeling project that needs to be finished in a specific time frame, we will make sure that you work with a contractor who is prompt and works well under time constraints. We are here to make sure that the needs of your home are met whenever they may arise.

Once your membership is active, a team member from EHM will set up a time for a 30-60 minute phone call or, if you prefer, a 60 minute meeting at your home. In that meeting we will go over every aspect of maintenance for your home. For example, how many times a month do you want your lawn cut or bushes trimmed? How many times a year do you want the outside of your windows cleaned and the house pressure washed? Once we get this information, we will provide you with the bids of how much the work will cost. When we find a price that is suitable for you, we will set up dates for service. You will pay EHM for work that will accrue that month. We will do all the legwork for you, if any problems come up we will handle it, and you will get an easy to read statement at the end of each month with a break down of what services were rendered and the prices for each service. Now, you can sit back and enjoy your home.
